The most recent experience of the European-wide co-operation of the youth sector, where more than 60 youth workers, youth researchers and youth policy makers from various European countries worked alongside, catalysed to think what these meetings actually are all about. Is this how the Europe teaches itself the European youth policy issues? Or is this how participants learn how to work internationally, to build common European-wide ground in youth policy, to share ideas and network, to learn to be productive in the teamwork when every participant have very different story to tell?
